Job Description: 
Supply Chain Program Analyst
We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Program Analyst. The purpose of this role is to oversee all supply chain activities relating to new vehicle programs and launches. 

You Will:
- Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches
- Develop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch
- Manage part availability for all prototype build phases
- Support new vehicle programs launches, focusing on time, cost and quality attributes
- Lead formal reporting across all Supply Chain functions providing analysis, coordination, and implementation
- Work cross-functionally with direct procurement, engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teams

You Bring: 
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, supply chain, business, or finance discipline
- Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise and problem solve, as well as work independently on multiple tasks or projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hands-on execution
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices, and deliver optimal results
- Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
- Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets
- Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively

- Purpose of this team: Manages all aspects of sourcing, production, and delivery of materials and components for the company's electric vehicles. This includes managing part availability for prototypes and ensuring new vehicle programs are on time and on budget. The department also supports project initiatives across all supply chain functions, provides analysis, and leads formal reporting and recommendations.
- Reason for the request: Increase in volume in supply chain. Midsize launch.
- Surrounding team & key projects: Sourcing suppliers. Tracking data within Pegasus system.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: Support PM with data entry. Sourcing and review meetings.
- Interaction level with manager/team: PM, GSM, TPM, Engineers, Finance
- Chance for extension later? Potential for extension and/or conversion

- Years of Experience Required: 2+ years
- Degrees or certifications required: BA
- Best vs. Average: Data analytics experience. Self-starter. Proactive. Automotive experience a plus. PM/PC experience a plus.
- Client experience preference: No

- Performance Indicators: Quick turnarounds and solutions based on projects and asks. Data management. Ability to find gaps in processes.
