Roles and responsibilities

 

No specific tasks. Taking on the extra workload. May be gira tickets for enhancements for various systems. Working with a ticketing system. Backend coding.

Responsibilities:
1. Participate in technology project delivery activities such as estimation, design, development, testing, L1 support training, deployment, launch and post-launch readiness.
2. Ensure quality standards through testing. Perform unit and quality assurance testing including test case preparation, test execution and test results documentation, contribute to test strategies.
3. Partner with lead analysts to explore, evaluate, recommend, and design new features and functionalities with Workday and/or other HR applications
4. Develop and enhance working knowledge through training, independent research and experimentation to become a subject matter expert (SME)
5. Participate in security assessment activities for HR systems by partnering with vendors to meet Client’s Security Standards.
6. Conduct root cause analysis of problems and apply business knowledge and practical experience to recommend system and product enhancements
7. Participate in the architecture and integration of HR tools including design, testing, implementation
8. Develop, manage, and maintain positive relationships with business partners, vendors and consultants to address support and project activities
9. Apply your technology experience to ensure that the best technical solution is delivered on-time, as-promised.
10. Identify and overcome risks, blockers, and technology limitations to meet stakeholder expectations.
11. Use Agile methodology to deliver solutions.
12. Meet Client’s security standards.
13. Manage SaaS vendors to ensure business / tech standards are met.
14. Communicate regularly with stakeholders.
15. Sustain existing solutions and promote ideas that mature existing solutions.
16. Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
