Job Description
-
On-call support to monitor and troubleshoot ETL
pipelines and Neo4J EC2 Instances
-
Identify and root cause failures, troubleshoot
failures and deploy fixes

Monitor performance benchmarks and tweak parameters
as needed to optimize customer experience

Address on call tickets at various severity levels
in resolving issues related to ETL failures and infrastructure related issues
-
Document incidents and resolutions
MUST HAVE skills

Experience with AWS Services (Step Functions,
Lambda, EC2, Desirable EMR)
·
Experience with Deployment Pipelines
·
Troubleshooting and Debugging experience
