We’re in search of an experienced Systems Monitoring Specialist with ServiceNow and Dynatrace experience.

Job Title: Systems Monitoring Specialist
Location: Frankfort, KY (RemoteJob)
Duration: Long-term Indefinite Contract
Status: Remote
MUST HAVE skills
Enterprise-Level monitoring including advanced troubleshooting with
Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for Enterprise-Level
monitoring
Maintaining the ServiceNow Configuration Management Data Base
Maintaining the ServiceNow Discovery Configuration
Provide configuration support to Hardware and Software Asset Management.
Minimum of 2 years
of configuration and Enterprise-Level monitoring, including advanced
troubleshooting of complex environmentalapplication issues
Minimum of 1 year
experience with general business requirements and configuring out of box
Digital workflow components; "Hands on keyboard" experience
configuring, not just administering a system.
Experience with
Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Dynatrace for Enterprise-Level
monitoring
Proficiency with
scripting in PowerShell, JavaScript & Python
Effective
troubleshooting skills across datacenter infrastructure components – Network,
F5, Operating Systems, SAN, Virtualization
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination
of recent, relevant work experience.
