Our qualified candidate will partner and provide strategic partnership with our internal clients to ensure commitments, performance standards of excellence, and overall hiring needs are met for our Mobile Organization. This role will have them model effective collaboration with Function Leaders, HR business partners, & other Support teams to achieve needed team alignment and shared vision of success. They will partner closely with senior leadership team to proactively understand current talent needs, organization strategy, and anticipate future hiring demands.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment for req a load of 15+ positions
  • Provide consultative advice and demonstrate the ability to influence
  • Determine best process and approach to ‘manage the funnel’ - continually cultivating candidates for diversity, niche skills and high volume hiring
  • Continually deliver quality candidates and hires
  • Drive adoption of consistent interviewing & hiring practices across business units to facilitate effective partnership in driving quality experience internally and externally
  • Leverage best practices and technology to drive quality hiring decisions and Candidate/Hiring Manager experience
  • Partner closely with internal teams - Recruiting Operations, Legal, Total Rewards etc. - to ensure proper risk management and compliance requirements are upheld
  • Able to navigate through constant change and processes as needed to impact hiring initiative
  • Manage weekly calls with internal clients to drive partnership and awareness of productivity

Skills and Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree with 2+ years of relevant & progressive experience
  • Full-cycle corporate or agency recruiting experience
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks while driving results
  • Building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders to produce results
  • Talent Acquisition technology acumen (i.e. ATS system) and appetite to apply technology for gains in hiring quality and for marketing/pipeline building (e.g. social media and nurturing platforms
