Job Description

The Talent partner is responsible and accountable for global hiring of leaders for key positions in a business unit by strategically partnering with the business unit while also ensuring optimum cost of delivery, talent fulfillment timelines and quality of hire.

There are multiple different levels ranging from 3+ years experience up to Director level Talent Leader. we're currently hiring for talent partners within executive hiring, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), banking and more. Pay varies depending on experience, but starts at $100K base salary + bonus.

You can sit remote anywhere in the country, but prefer someone sitting either in Central or East Coast time, due to the rest of the teams. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Should have handled IT volume hiring including perm and contract staffing
  • Should be good in stakeholder management and developing recruitment strategy
  • Understand US market
  • Manage senior business leaders (stake holders) progress reports, PP presentations, share strategy and budget, how much do they need to spend on recruitment (cost conversations)
  • Good presentation skill and TA strategy skills
  • Qualifications:

  • Looking for 3+ years experience with full lifecycle recruitment. Adept at direct sourcing, partnering with vendors and managing referral campaigns.
  • Ideally a mix of agency and corporate experience
  • Bachelor degree is ideal but more years experience can make up for it
