Summary of the position:

One of our many customer(s) today is urgently looking for an experienced Talent HR Employee Relation Manager

Job Title: Talent HR Program Manager (Employee Relation Manager)

Location: Hybrid Model

Duration: 6 Months

MUST HAVE skills:

Substantial experience with HR investigations and employee relations is required.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational development or related subject area or equivalent experience.

Typically requires five or more years of experience in a strategic Human Resources role, working directly with senior. level management.

Experience managing a business function. or operation with demonstrated ability to effectively manage people and people. strategies may be substituted.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $45.00 to $50.00/hour.
