Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to:
- Providing project management for smaller designs -
leading design meetings, providing relevant data to design teams for
decision-making, and eliciting and documenting design requirements.
- Working with development and technical teams to provide
information for implementing new features and enhancements
- Working with business and technical teams to prioritize
backlog including aiding product owners in preparing work items by writing
acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Performing exhaustive testing of changes by writing,
executing, and documenting complex test scripts
- Providing research and recommendations for resolving
Production issues.
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise for business teams
and determining criticality
- Processing and fulfilling data requests and corrections
using business knowledge and technical tools
- Analyzing legislation for potential impact
- Writing and maintaining process documentation
Desired
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Business Analysis
including requirements elicitation, process and software design and
documentation, and QA testing.
- Experience facilitating and leading designs with
business and technical staff for the implementation and prioritization of
application enhancements and modifications.
