Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Technical Sourcer to join our clients recruiting team. This is an in house corporate position in New York City.

The Technical Sourcer will focus on identifying and engaging talent for openings on our technical teams. You'll use various search methods and sources to find that right fit for the candidate and the team. 

What You'll Do:

    • Partner with Recruiting to prioritize searches and develop a sourcing plan with deliverables and timelines
    • Own outbound sourcing strategy and identify key traits of successful candidates
    • Identify top candidates through multiple sources and techniques including web sourcing, networking, referrals, and social media
    • Present candidates to recruiters for appropriate roles
    • Proactively maintain and nurture your pipeline of leads identifying future opportunities that align with their experience and goals
    • Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process building relationships and providing insight about our client
    • Coordinate scheduling for phone screens and in person interviews
    • Keep track of candidates and progress in the ATS

Skills You'll Need:

    • 1+ years of experience sourcing candidates in-house or at a recruiting agency with a focus on tech roles
    • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and passive candidates
    • Understanding of Boolean logic and x-ray searches
    • A strong sense of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and proprietary information
    • Organizational skills with attention to detail
    • Experience working with an ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.)
