We
are seeking a Wireless Asset Management Analyst to support wireless device and
IT asset management activities for a government project in Kentucky.
The
ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT assets, providing
customer and technical support, and maintaining accurate asset records and
documentation. Since wireless device asset management is the primary focus of
this position, candidates with strong cell phone/device asset management
experience are highly preferred.
Key
Responsibilities:
· Manage cell phone asset
requests, including new and replacement device issuance and coordinating device
returns.
· Inspect, track,
prepare, and coordinate cell phones for return shipment to the appropriate
carrier. Some activities require in-office work.
· Maintain accurate
records and documentation throughout the device issuance, replacement, and
return lifecycle.
· Coordinate wireless
device requests with users, carriers, and appropriate stakeholders.
· Assist with developing
and maintaining training materials, policies, and procedures related to
wireless asset management.
· Provide professional
and responsive customer support throughout the asset management process.
Required
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of Asset
Management experience
· 2+ years of Customer
Support experience
· 2+ years of technical
support experience in a Service Desk environment
· Experience
with ServiceNow or similar CRM/ITSM software
· Proficiency
with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
· Experience with
Identity Management and Active Directory
· Strong experience
tracking, documenting, and managing IT/wireless devices
Basic
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
· Strong problem-solving
skills
· Excellent phone
etiquette and customer service skills, including active listening and
professionalism during challenging situations
· Strong written and
verbal communication skills
· Highly detail-oriented,
