Summary:
We’re in search of a Training
Manager
Here are some of the specific details:
Job
Title: Training Manager
Location: Ridgefield
Park, NJ
Duration: 12
months with a possibility of extension
Status: (Mon-Thurs on site, Fri
Hybrid as business allows.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop learning content from various sources, such as
videos, and convert them into structured training materials, including
step-by-step guides.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System
(LMS)
- Create and update training materials aimed at
improving agent and customer experience.
- Upskill trainers and team leaders to enhance the
effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide content for training trainers who are
responsible for vendor partners.
- Attend meetings with training groups and manage the
design of training for flagship product launches.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with eLearning tools and platforms, such as
Adobe, Comtasia, and MS Office.
- Proficiency with MyAbsorb LMS (preferred) or other LMS
systems like Cornerstone.
- Experience in video production and instructional
design, converting technical content into engaging training materials.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Sprinklr is a
strong plus, but not mandatory.
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D),
with at least 5 years in content creation and training management.
- Proven ability to train trainers and manage training
programs for a large organization.
- Experience working in eCommerce environments will be a
major advantage
- Candidates will be asked to provide examples of
content they've created, including a 1-page document or refresher guide as
part of the submission
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required
- Certifications in instructional design or training
development would be highly beneficial.

good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $50.00 to $ 56.00
