- We’re searching for a UX Writer
to help create intuitive, high-impact experiences across TV products,
including app, platform, and service.
- The ideal candidate brings
strong UX writing skills and a background in entertainment or streaming.
Description
- You’ll
help build customer experiences across multiple platforms including
the TV operating system and app.
- You’ll
be an advocate for the user while also understanding the interests of
marketing, business, and engineering groups.
- You
should be comfortable offering and receiving feedback and
working closely with partners around the company.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Crafting
copy within existing tone, language, and design systems
- Working
on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic,
and education for several projects at once
- Converging
customer goals, business requirements, and brand values
- Boiling
down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface
copy
- Collaborating
with designers and other writers to uncover and solve UI challenges
- Addressing
feedback and improving performance of our content
