Accessibility Specialist with Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504
and 508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1 level AA
standards expereince.

Job Title: Web Accessibility Specialist
Location: Frankfort, KY (RemoteJob)
Duration: Long-term Indefinite Contract
Status: Remote
MUST HAVE skills
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination
of recent, relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe
Acrobat Pro, including accessible document best practices.
At least one year of experience in
remediating PDF documents for accessibility.
Strong understanding of accessibility laws
and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 and
508, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0/2.1 level AA
standards.
Working knowledge of screen reader
technology, such as NVDA, color contrast analyzers, and other accessibility
tools.
Posses effective written and verbal
communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and
able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination
of recent, relevant work experience.
