We are seeking a talented, hands-on Web Producer to create, activate and optimise best-in-class web experiences for candidates seeking hourly jobs with Amazon. This candidate should have a sound understanding of Content Management Systems, UI/UX standards and responsive design, iterating continually to improve the user experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, customer-centric and technically proficient.

Primary Responsibilities:

-Develop, publish and manage online content using Amazon CMS technology

-Maintain and update web templates and content libraries

-Support the testing (UAT) of new features and website functionality

-Execute quality assurance checks including web accessibility standards

-Collaborate with the SEO team to implement SEO optimizations

-Document processes and maintain SOPs for content management

 

Technical Requirements:

-3+ years of experience in web production or digital content management

-Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation

-Proven experience with enterprise Content Management Systems

-Experience using AI tools for content management efficiency, including content validation, quality assurance, and optimization

-Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)

-Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG and ADA) and best practices

-Experience with cross-browser testing and troubleshooting

 

Professional Requirements:

-Experience working in an agile environment with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Jira, Monday.com)

-Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

-Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

-Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking

-Effective written and verbal communication skills

-Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices

-Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives
