Job Title: Applied Scientist
Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite role)
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
We are
seeking an Applied Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Causal
Inference, and Experiment Design to develop advanced analytical models and
solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong
research background and experience building scalable data science solutions.
Key Requirements:
Master's or
PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Economics, or a related
quantitative field
3+ years of
experience developing machine learning models and algorithms
Strong
experience with causal inference techniques (A/B testing,
Difference-in-Differences, Instrumental Variables, Propensity Scoring,
Synthetic Controls)
Experience
designing and analyzing experiments at scale
Hands-on
experience with cloud computing platforms and distributed computing
environments
Proficiency
in Python, R, or similar programming languages
Preferred:
Experience
with marketing measurement models (MMM, CLV, Attribution)
Publications
or patents in leading conferences/journals
Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills
