Responsibilities
Perform on?machine testing, development, and validation of autonomy systems.
Exercise machines in real-world operational conditions to confirm performance, safety & reliability.
Identify, document, and retest issues (bug identification ? validation after fix).
Collaborate with software developers & cross-functional teams.
Create/update test plans, review data logs, and maintain documentation.
Conduct troubleshooting using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, wiring checks, etc.
Physically climb large mining machines (2–3 stories) with backpack/laptop/equipment.

Test Engineering / Systems Integration experience.
Troubleshooting complex systems (mechanical/electrical/software interplay).
Data analysis skills (reviewing logs, validating fixes).

Comfortable in a hands-on, dynamic, safety-critical environment.
Experience Expectations
Must have end?product testing experience: automotive, heavy machinery, autonomy, calibration/validation, emissions, or related.
Autonomy validation experience is a plus but not required.
Internships / senior design projects with hands-on systems testing are acceptable for junior candidates.
