·         We’re in search of a Business Analyst to support risk management, inventory, and logistics processes within the GPCA operation. Handle customer service–oriented communication with internal and selected external partners. Document all communications, decisions, and process steps in a clear, organized manner.

Duration: 12+ Month contract with possibility of extension

Status: (Onsite)

 

Language Requirement: “Proficiency in Korean language (reading, writing, and speaking)" as a preferred qualification but not required.

Position Summary

·         This role is designed for a skilled professional to support the GPCA Parts Department by managing risk and ensuring cost governance across logistics operations, third-party contracts, and compliance adherence. The contractor will focus on optimizing processes, identifying cost-saving initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Conducting operational risk assessments and monitoring.

·         Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

·         Managing third-party contracts and 3PL compliance to mitigate risks

·         Monitor parts inbound and outbound escalation cases to identify opportunities and improvements in related operations, logistics, and quality.

·         Coordinate communication between multiple parties including, SDSA, LPS, Field Service, Suwon and warehouse teams to develop and/or revise protocol on parts handling, quality, and defect and damages.

·         Conduct operational risk assessments on operation, logistics, and warehouse for department-level risk early sensing and initiate projects for risk prevention and improvements.

·         Ensure warehouse and logistics cost governance by collaborating with SDSA and LPS to verify correct invoicing within policy.

·         Oversee compliance and regulatory adherence (safety and environmental) governance in collaboration with SDSA and LPS aligning with industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

·         5+ years of experience in risk management, logistics operations, or cost governance.

·         Proven ability to analyze processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.

·         Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in logistics and warehousing.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience working with third-party contracts and vendor management.

·         Familiarity with industry standards for logistics and warehousing operations.

·         Knowledge of compliance frameworks (safety and environmental).

·         Experience in cross-functional collaboration with global teams.

·         Document all communications, decisions, and process steps in a clear, organized manner

·         Perform data analysis on GPCA operations (e.g., inventory, logistics, parts movement, performance metrics)

·         Develop and maintain reports (summary and detailed) for leadership, providing insights and recommendations

·         Support risk management, inventory, and logistics processes within the GPCA operation

·         Support inventory management.

·         Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives within the team

·         Collaborate closely with other team members in a highly coordinated, cross-functional environment

 

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $40 to $43/hour
