- Monitor and process HR
helpdesk tickets related to employee data, ensuring SLA resolution within 48
hours and appropriate documentation.
- Ensure 100% data
accuracy by performing regular audits and cross-verifying entered information
with source documents.
- Prepare mass upload
files and perform data validation.
- Maintain confidentiality
of sensitive employee information, adhering to data security protocols.
A reasonable, good faith
estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $15.00 to $19.00
