Embedded Software Engineer 2

Embedded Software Engineer 2 opportunity based in Chillicothe IL This is
a 24-month W2 contract working on cutting-edge autonomy and robotics systems
for large construction equipment (Dozers).
In this role, you’ll be focused on C++ embedded development, building and
enhancing software that supports autonomous and remote-controlled machine
functionality. You’ll work hands-on with simulation labs and test benches,
developing core features, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating
closely with systems and validation teams.
Key requirements:
Strong C++ experience (must be demonstrated in a job)
Background in embedded systems (RTOS, microcontrollers, etc.)
Exposure to automation, robotics, or control systems
Experience with CAN, communication protocols, or hardware-level debugging
is a plus
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this
position is $45.00 to $ 51.00
