Job Description
Currently has an open position on our
Routing/Scheduling Team in Field Services.
The primary role of this position involves coordinating computer
equipment installs and break/fix appointments for our Field Service
technicians. Much of the employee’s day
will be spent working within our IT Service Management System, ServiceNow,
creating tickets and will involve contacting customers via email/Teams/phone
calls to coordinate appointments.
Candidates must possess great customer service skills and be able
to work independently. Candidates should
be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel. The ideal candidate will have an extroverted
personality type and excellent organizational and communication skills.
The office for this position is located in Frankfort.
