About the Role:
We are seeking an Operations Program Manager to own partner onboarding and operational excellence for a rapidly growing global content platform. This role will serve as the bridge between partners, Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful onboarding, issue resolution, and program scalability across international marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end partner onboarding projects and operational workflows.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations related to content, metadata, feeds, and payments.
- Support technical integrations and onboarding discussions with external partners.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to resolve issues and drive onboarding success.
- Track engineering dependencies and ensure timely resolution of partner-impacting issues.
- Build reporting mechanisms for onboarding progress, partner health, and operational metrics.
- Support international expansion efforts, including localization, payments, and operational readiness.
- Drive process improvements that reduce onboarding timelines and improve partner experience.
- Communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
