Job summary:

  • Need someone who can handle end-to-end payroll as well as hiring and termination. 5 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now and experience with Draw vs Commission payroll.
  • The draw vs commission payroll is the most important as there are calculations involved, and people who just have experience plugging in timesheets usually struggle with it.
  • Account background usually does better or if they are good with calculations helps.
  • They currently have 500 employees, and most are sales reps on a draw vs commission payroll plan.
  • We would love someone who has at least 3 years with draw vs commission.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience utilizing ADP workforce now, be detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.


Job Duties:

  • Process new hires using ADP Onboarding
  • Process all employee transactions through ADP Employee Self-service including terminations, salary changes, direct deposit setup, address changes, tax withholding updates.
  • Understanding of wage garnishments and withholding orders.
  • Experience with Draw vs. Commission payroll processing
  • Union payroll experience a plus
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
  • Prepare manual checks and handle direct deposit reversals/deletions
  • Audit all payroll reports before submitting to ADP using ADP Preview
  • Provide excellent customer service to both active and terminated employees
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Utilize ADP Workforce Now Reporting tools efficiently
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel


Work Schedule: On-site In-office attendance required daily; reevaluated after 90 days.


A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $70 K to $75 K per year. Excellent benefits available, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off
