Job Description
Job Purpose
Lead the development and implementation of logistics and material flow tools that improve demand alignment, inventory visibility, and transportation performance across multiple facilities. Manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials while driving continuous improvement, reducing costs, and supporting high-velocity material flow through data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint solutions, and other digital tools to monitor demand alignment, inventory position, and material flow across multiple facilities.
- Analyze logistics, transportation, and material flow data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide logistics management and support for inbound and outbound material movement, ensuring materials are shipped, received, stored, and delivered efficiently. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using CPS Guiding Principles to: Eliminate excess inventory and Improve demand and supply alignment.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, planners, distribution centers, IT teams, and business units to improve material visibility and logistics execution.
- Support facility and business unit logistics operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, material planning, transportation, or data analytics.
- Experience developing reporting and analytics tools using Power BI, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and related Microsoft platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- This role is responsible for monitoring and managing a critical global supply chain across multiple facilities, identifying risks, setting priorities, and coordinating escalation as needed. The position plays a key role in supporting the growth of the After Treatment business by developing and maintaining comprehensive tracking, analytical, and visualization tools.
- The role partners closely with IT and cross functional teams to build data driven solutions using Microsoft tools and other platforms to provide real time visibility into supply chain status and needs. Insights from these tools are used to prioritize actions across facilities, direct support teams, and track progress, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to leadership.
