Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience within the parking industry.
Proven success in business development, sales, account management, or client relationship management.
Experience selling parking operations, parking management services, mobility solutions, valet services, transportation services, or related operational services.
Strong understanding of parking operations, revenue management, customer service, and facility management.
Experience developing relationships with commercial real estate owners, property management firms, healthcare organizations, municipalities, or similar stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned markets.
Background working for a parking operator, parking management company, mobility provider, transportation services company, or related organization.
Experience selling service-based solutions rather than hardware or equipment-focused offerings.
